Job Description
Prism Consulting seeks a disciplined Territory Sales Officer to manage distributor-led primary and secondary sales for a growing household-products manufacturer. The successful candidate will achieve monthly targets, cultivate and sustain distributor relationships, monitor market execution, and ensure product availability and visibility through regular market visits.
- Responsibilities: drive sales, conduct market checks, ensure timely reporting, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2–3 years field sales experience in a similar role; FMCG background required (detergents preferred); strong communication, negotiation, target orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
