Job Description

Full-time, on-site (7:00 PM–4:00 AM). Lead and coach call center agents to achieve targets, manage escalations, train staff, monitor performance, report key metrics, and assist with scheduling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role, with at least 1 year as a supervisor
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Experience with call center software and MS Office; English proficiency
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
