Job Description
Firm Tech Services seeks a full-time IT Help & Support Assistant based in Shahalam Market, Lahore. Working hours are 9:00 AM–9:00 PM. This in-person role involves:
- Setting up hardware and installing/configuring Windows, drivers, printers, and routers
- Implementing and maintaining LAN/WAN infrastructure, servers, and IP assignments
- Performing system upgrades, troubleshooting failures and bugs, and arranging maintenance
- Providing timely user support and training, coordinating contract requirements and negotiations
- Protecting confidential information and adhering to company policies
Salary: Rs35,00–Rs45,00 per month.
