Job Description
Brickclay is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Associate to win projects on Upwork and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and email. Responsibilities include daily Upwork bidding with customized proposals, targeted LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups, executing cold and warm email campaigns, maintaining a steady sales pipeline, tracking leads and conversions, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver accurate pitches.
- Requirements: proven lead-generation track record; strong Upwork bidding experience; excellent written English; hands-on LinkedIn outreach skills; basic email marketing and funnel knowledge.
- Job Type: Full-time; Work Location: On-site; Compensation: Rs60,00–Rs70,00 per month.
