Job Description
We are seeking a diligent HR Recruitment Executive to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities to deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Responsibilities: develop clear job descriptions, collaborate with hiring managers, maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), and manage offer negotiations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, at least 2 years of recruitment experience, and strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and dedicated to building robust talent pipelines.
