Job Description
We are seeking a Services Operations Analyst to ensure efficient service delivery and drive continuous improvement. The role monitors KPIs, analyzes operational data to identify trends, supports incident and change management, produces regular reports, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; 2+ years in operations or service management.
- Skills: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, advanced Excel and SQL proficiency, excellent communication, attention to detail, time management, and a service-oriented mindset.
