Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media Growth Specialist to lead audience acquisition and engagement across platforms. The role includes developing growth strategies, producing and optimizing content, managing paid and organic campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with design and marketing teams to increase followers, reach, and conversions.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of social media growth experience, strong copywriting skills, a data-driven mindset, and familiarity with advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and analytics tools. Must be creative, organized, and able to rapidly test and scale tactics. This position is remote or hybrid and offers a competitive salary and benefits.
