Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Night-Shift Customer Service Specialist to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction via phone, email, and chat between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The role includes logging interactions, following procedures, and escalating complex matters as needed.
- Requirements: high school diploma minimum; prior customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: excellent English, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, patience, and the capacity to work independently.
