Job Description
KS HRBC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED seeks a Credentialing Manager to lead offshore credentialing operations in Pakistan. The Manager will oversee end-to-end U.S. provider credentialing and recredentialing, Primary Source Verification, CAQH, license and DEA verification, board certifications, sanctions and work-history checks, and ensure NCQA, CMS, Medicare/Medicaid and payer compliance. You will supervise, train, and evaluate offshore staff, coordinate with U.S. clients and payers across time zones, and maintain audit-ready documentation and reports.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4–6+ years U.S. healthcare credentialing experience; strong NCQA/CMS knowledge; excellent English communication and team-management skills.
- Full-time, in-person in Pakistan. Salary: Rs100,00–Rs300,00 per month.
