Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to act as the primary contact for parents and students via calls, WhatsApp, web, and social media. Responsibilities include assigning tutors, coordinating stakeholders, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records, and handling basic complaints promptly and professionally.
- Requirements: High school; intermediate/bachelor preferred; fluent Urdu and basic English.
- Experience in customer support or education preferred; strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Compensation from Rs35,00/month; on-site; 6 days/week. Start date: January 1, 2026.
