Job Description
TrackPad in Gulshan-e-Jamal, Karachi, seeks a full-time Female Customer Support Specialist to manage WhatsApp Business chats. Shift: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Includes 1–2 months of paid training.
Responsibilities: handle WhatsApp inquiries; provide product and order information; follow up leads; maintain customer records; coordinate with internal teams; and represent the brand professionally.
- Requirements: female candidates only; 6–12 months customer support or chat experience preferred.
- Strong written English or Urdu, tech-savvy, fast typing, multitasking, punctual, and solution-oriented. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business is a plus.
- Salary: Rs30,00–40,00/month. Onsite at TrackPad with growth and career development opportunities.
