Job Description
D360T Connects is seeking a punctual, professional in-person Customer Service Representative for night shifts: 7:00 PM–4:00 AM or 8:00 PM–5:00 AM (Mon–Sat). Fixed base salary Rs50,00 plus performance bonuses; total compensation ranges Rs50,00–Rs100,00 per month.
- Fluent in American English (accent required).
- Use Google Sheets and CRM to manage customer inquiries and records.
- Demonstrate professional conduct and support fast-paced, collaborative night operations.
- Prior experience preferred but not required; must be comfortable with night hours and on-site work.
