Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing seeks an organized, performance-driven Assistant Customer Service Manager to support our Lahore call center and back-office operations. You will oversee daily inbound/outbound BPO and back-office workflows, monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards, coach team leaders and agents, collaborate with QA and Training, analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, manage client escalations, and assist with workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 4–6 years BPO experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role
  • Strong knowledge of KPI/SLA and QA frameworks; proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms
  • Full-time, in-person position
