Job Description
Eggspectation Pakistan is seeking a professional Guest Relations Officer to deliver exceptional front-of-house service in Islamabad (F-6 to F-9). Key duties include warmly welcoming guests; managing reservations, seating, and waitlists; professionally handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints; coordinating with service and kitchen teams to ensure high guest satisfaction; and maintaining an organized front desk and lobby.
- Requirements: prior hospitality or customer-service experience (restaurant/café preferred); presentable, friendly, and guest-focused; availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
