Job Description
Abbott Laboratories seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee OSD finishing operations at the Landhi Plant. You will manage daily output, scheduling, batch documentation, equipment logs, housekeeping, and the finishing workforce. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and rework and to increase yields; compile OEE/IOE data; support KPI measurement, root-cause analysis, and daily balance and check-weigher standardization. Ensure compliance with GMP, local regulations, EHS, and company policies.
- Education: Science graduate; Pharm.D. preferred
- Experience: Entry-level or 1–2 years related experience
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
