Job Description
HCM International seeks a full-time Food Mixer Operator for its Korangi, Karachi facility. This in-person role works rotating 12-hour shifts (one week 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, next week 8:00 PM–8:00 AM), Monday–Friday.
- Responsibilities: operate industrial mixers per SOPs; measure and load raw materials; monitor mixing time, speed, and temperature; maintain hygiene; perform routine equipment checks; maintain production records; coordinate with production and quality teams to meet targets.
- Qualifications: Matric/Intermediate; prior mixer or machinery experience in a food company preferred; basic food safety knowledge; ability to follow SOPs; physical stamina and strong attention to detail.
- Salary: PKR 45,00–50,00 per month.
