Job Description
Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is seeking a full-time Sweeper Supervisor to oversee cleaning staff and ensure facility cleanliness. Responsibilities include scheduling and monitoring daily tasks and attendance; supervising sweeping, mopping, restroom maintenance, and waste disposal; managing cleaning supplies and requisitions; training new staff; reporting maintenance issues or leaks; enforcing health and safety standards; and preparing daily and weekly reports. Candidates should possess a high school diploma (preferred), demonstrated experience in cleaning operations and team supervision, and strong communication and leadership skills. This is an on-site, full-time role.
