Job Description
HectaCore Systems seeks a professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the company’s first point of contact at our E11/2 Islamabad office. Responsibilities include answering calls, emails, and chat; providing accurate order, service, and delivery information; assisting with website navigation; logging interactions; and maintaining positive customer experiences. Nearby candidates preferred.
Requirements: minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred), strong spoken and written English, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. CSR or e-commerce support experience is a plus. This is a full-time, in-person position.
- Salary: Rs30,00–Rs45,00/month plus incentives
