Job Description
Makaan Solutions seeks a full-time, in-person Lead Generation Specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns for real estate. You will plan and optimize paid search, display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns to deliver quality leads within target CPLs; implement tracking (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics); coordinate with sales; and improve creatives and landing pages.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in real estate lead generation
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads and strong analytical skills
- Google/Meta certifications, CRM and automation experience preferred
- Competitive salary Rs75,00–Rs120,00/month, plus monthly bonuses and growth opportunities
