Job Description
Splendid Systems is seeking an experienced Medicare Sales Representative for our ACA Open Enrollment campaign. The role involves managing inbound and outbound ACA calls, qualifying prospects, guiding customers through enrollment, and meeting daily and monthly performance targets. This is a full-time, office-based position opposite Aisha Bawanay, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, with required night shift availability.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year ACA/Medicare/DME experience, strong spoken English, target-driven, reliable.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs150,00/month; competitive base salary plus high commission potential during Open Enrollment and performance-based incentives.
