Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Relations Officer to cultivate strong client relationships, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, empathy, and experience with CRM systems to sustain high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage inbound calls and emails; document interactions and follow up as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor and report on service trends to improve processes.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in customer service, CRM proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
