Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, support portfolio growth, and deliver tailored financial solutions. You will handle daily client inquiries, identify cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Responsibilities include preparing account reviews and performance reports, maintaining accurate CRM records, and contributing to client retention strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 1–3 years’ experience in banking, finance, or client services; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical ability; and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. A customer-focused mindset and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required.
