Job Description
Talent Ibex seeks a Brand Designer to craft bold, culturally relevant brand narratives across digital, social, motion, print, packaging, and experiential touchpoints. You will translate strategic briefs into high‑impact designs, own and evolve the brand system, present work to stakeholders, manage multiple deadlines, and mentor junior designers. Collaboration with marketing, product, content, and employer branding teams is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design
- 3+ years in brand, agency, or in‑house roles
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Figma
- Standout portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, color, and motion
- Strong sensibility for Gen Z and internet culture
