Job Description: We are seeking a skilled individual to manage our Chat Support. The ideal candidate must have an excellent command of system handling and the English language.
Requirements:
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- At least 70% accuracy in English comprehension.
- Strong communication skills.
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in administration or related fields. Preference for O-Levels and A-Levels backgrounds.
Salary: Starting from 40k to 45k based on skills.
