Job Description
Unity Films is seeking a full-time, onsite Front Desk Officer for our Rawalpindi office. Female candidates only; maximum education: Intermediate.
- Act as the first point of contact: greet visitors and manage incoming calls and emails.
- Direct inquiries, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain the front desk area.
- Provide basic administrative support including filing, data entry, and supplies management.
Required: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, basic MS Office and email proficiency, punctuality, reliability, and ability to work onsite. Prior receptionist or client-facing experience is a plus.
