Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for our DHA Phase 2 Ext, Karachi office. The role handles phone, email, and chat inquiries, provides product, pricing, and availability information, and resolves customer complaints professionally.

• Requirements: fluent spoken English; 2+ years international customer support experience; strong multitasking and phone etiquette.
• Schedule: evening/night shifts, full-time, in-person, 5 days per week.
• Compensation: Rs55,00–Rs75,00/month. Benefits include insurance, EOBI, transport, and performance-based raises.
