Job Description
Habitt seeks a motivated Retail Sales Assistant Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, drive monthly sales targets, and lead a customer-focused team. Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, ensuring excellent customer service and timely escalation handling, managing inventory and visual merchandising, conducting regular stock checks, preparing daily sales reports, and supporting audits.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business/Retail), 3–4 years retail experience with supervisory duties.
- Skills: strong leadership, clear communication, customer-service orientation, and analytical problem-solving.
