Job Description
FOCUS is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative at Focus IT Services Pvt Ltd, Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. Shifts: 12:45 PM–9:45 PM or 1:45 PM–10:45 PM, Monday–Saturday. Salary from Rs55,00/month.
- Represent the brand, manage inquiries, process orders, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively to improve service and customer experience.
- Preferred: UK-based customer experience and homeware or related retail background.
- Required: excellent verbal and written communication, customer-focused mindset, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency with G Suite and Excel/Sheets.
