Job Description
Naqdi seeks a diligent Customer Service Executive for a full-time, in-person role. The ideal candidate will have proven back-office or customer support experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and customer service platforms. Strong attention to detail, effective time management, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are required.
- Preferred: experience with KYC verification and familiarity with support quality assurance.
- Flexibility to work varied hours.
- Compensation: Rs50,00–Rs55,00 per month.
