Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Verification Specialist to verify patient insurance, confirm benefits, copays, and eligibility using multiple insurer portals. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating tracking sheets, notifying departments of inconsistencies, requesting missing patient information, managing office visit records, calculating no-shows, and responding to patient emails.

• Requirements: strong communication and multitasking skills; high school diploma or equivalent; prior billing, customer service, or front desk experience.
• Position: on-site, full-time; night shift 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Salary Rs70,00–Rs100,00/month.
