Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, collections, payment posting, and ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate cash flow records. The role includes monitoring customer accounts, researching and resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with sales and finance teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
- Minimum 2 years of AR experience
- Proficient in Excel; strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems; basic GAAP knowledge preferred
This position demands accuracy, timeliness, and a proactive approach to support company financial operations.
