Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support an executive with calendar coordination, email and correspondence management, travel and accommodation arrangements, briefing preparation, and occasional research. The successful candidate will be organized, discreet, and skilled in time management and clear communication.
- Requirements: 2+ years of administrative or virtual assistant experience, strong English communication, proficiency with Google Workspace and Zoom, reliable internet, and flexibility to work across time zones.
