Job Description
Lead our offshore Finance & Accounting center in Lahore, overseeing general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and payroll in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Act as the primary client liaison, manage escalations, and oversee a team of 50+ FTE. Champion automation, governance, and data security initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
- CA/ACCA or equivalent and a Master’s degree
- 12+ years in Finance & Accounting with 8+ years in Shared Services/BPO leadership
- Proven ERP expertise (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite)
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
Full-time, in-person position.
