Job Description
Thermosole Industries seeks an experienced Corporate Secretary to ensure compliance with corporate law, maintain statutory records, prepare Board and committee minutes, and support governance, regulatory filings, and audits. The role includes liaising with authorities and shareholders, drafting and filing official documents, and advising directors and senior management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience: 5–8 years; banking corporate experience preferred
- Skills: corporate affairs and finance knowledge, strong written and spoken English, Microsoft Office proficiency, computer literate
- Employment: Full-time, on-site; open to male and female candidates; age 40–50
- Compensation: Rs200,00–Rs300,00 per month
