Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Umrah Consultant to design and price pilgrimage packages, manage bookings, coordinate visas and logistics, and prepare clients for rituals with sensitivity and accuracy. The role requires close coordination with vendors in Saudi Arabia to ensure seamless travel arrangements and responsive, compassionate customer service throughout the journey.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Umrah or Hajj travel services
- Strong knowledge of rituals, regulations, and travel requirements
- Excellent English communication; Arabic or Indonesian is a plus
- Proven booking, coordination, and problem-solving skills
