Job Description
TCF seeks a dedicated Outreach Associate to manage and strengthen donor relationships through calls and emails, maintain and update donor records in Salesforce, coordinate with teams across country portfolios, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments. The role supports fundraising targets and requires handling high call volumes, quickly mastering call scripts and Salesforce, and demonstrating excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
