Job Description
SWITZEL INTERNATIONAL seeks experienced BIM Modelers for its Lahore office to produce and maintain BIM models from engineer mark-ups and approved 2D drawings. Candidates must be familiar with COBie 2.4, perform clash detection and resolution per client matrices, and conduct QA/QC reviews against established checklists.
- Required: Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering; 5–7 years relevant experience.
- Technical skills: Revit (minimum 4 years) and Navisworks (minimum 4 years); Dynamo (3 years) preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge, clear communication skills, ability to work on-site. Full-time; immediate joiners preferred.
