Job Description
Sarim Mumtaz invites applications for a full-time, in-person Customer Support Representative at RJ Mall, Rashid Minhas Road, Gulshan-e-Jamal, Karachi. Compensation: Rs25,00–30,00/month.
- Female candidate with B.Com or BBA.
- Strong English and Urdu communication; basic proficiency in MS Office, email, and WhatsApp.
- Responsibilities: respond to customer inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and in person; provide accurate travel and booking information; handle complaints professionally; maintain client records; and ensure smooth service operations.
