Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Study Abroad Counselor to provide students with guidance on study destinations, course selection, admission requirements, documentation, and application procedures. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins; conducting proactive follow-up to secure registrations; and coordinating with the admissions team to ensure timely processing.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; 1+ year in counseling or sales (exceptional fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply)
- Strong communication, counseling, and negotiation skills; professional, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Maintain updated knowledge of international universities, programs, and policies; achieve monthly registration and conversion targets
