Job Description
Viper Group seeks an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site desktop, network, and office-equipment troubleshooting and maintenance for clients and company offices. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues via phone, email, or chat, managing tickets, escalating complex problems, and contributing to the knowledge base.
- Qualifications: strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills; solid knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware, and software; preferred one year of experience.
- Conditions: may require travel between sites or residency at a single location. Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday until 2:00 PM. Positions: Full-time or Internship. On-site work required.
