Job Description
1AZ0 MARKETING invites applications for an Entry-Level Call Center Agent to handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, provide service information, route calls, document interactions according to SOPs, escalate issues, and perform necessary follow-ups.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of call center experience; strong customer service knowledge; excellent listening, verbal, and written communication; ability to work under pressure.
- Details: Full-time or part-time; pay up to Rs40,00/month; in-person at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Fluent English required.
