Job Description
Mars BPO seeks a formal, results-driven Inside Sales Associate for a full-time, in-person role. You will make outbound calls, verify customer information, professionally close qualified leads, maintain accurate records, meet daily and weekly targets, and collaborate closely with the team.
- Shift: 7:00 PM–5:00 AM (fixed)
- Location: 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, Civil Lines, Karachi
- Requirements: strong English communication, sales/verification/closing experience preferred, confident, persuasive, punctual, and self-motivated
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs70,00 plus daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses; training, mentorship, and career growth provided
