Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to perform daily market visits, take customer orders, coordinate with the warehouse, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role includes developing new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, resolving complaints promptly, monitoring market trends and competitors, and preparing daily visit and sales reports for management.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 1–2 years of field sales experience preferred; strong communication and negotiation skills required.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and familiar with local routes and customers.
- Must be willing to travel daily for market visits.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00 – Rs45,00 per month | Work Location: In person
