Job Description

We are seeking a Product Specialist to champion product knowledge, support the sales organization, and gather customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings. This role requires technical aptitude combined with clear, professional communication.

• Present product features and benefits to clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide training and demonstrations for customers and teams
• Handle pre- and post-sales technical inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize enhancements based on customer insights

Qualifications: minimum 2 years in product support or sales engineering, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with the industry, and willingness to travel as needed.
