Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver timely, courteous assistance via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical and account issues, and accurately document interactions to improve satisfaction.

• Requirements: Minimum 1 year in customer service, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, empathy and patience, flexibility to work varied shifts, and basic computer proficiency.
