Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Calls Agent to supervise our call center team, uphold service excellence, and enhance customer satisfaction through targeted coaching and process optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate agents; manage escalations and ensure SLA adherence.
- Monitor KPIs including AHT, CSAT, and SLA; optimize call scripts and workflows.
- Oversee shift scheduling and performance improvement initiatives.
- Requirements: 3+ years in a call center role with at least 1 year in a supervisory position, strong communication and problem-solving skills, CRM experience, and flexibility for varied shifts.
