Job Description
The Digital Elites is seeking an experienced Outbound B2B Business Development Representative to drive revenue through targeted cold calling. You will engage C-level executives and business owners, qualify and nurture leads, and schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities include conducting outbound B2B calls, confidently presenting our services, maintaining accurate call and follow-up records, and handing off qualified opportunities. Applicants must have proven B2B cold-calling experience, excellent communication, persistence, and strong closing skills. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive base salary plus significant commissions (earning potential 200,00+ PKR/month); monthly pay range Rs100,00–150,00.
