Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain & Shipping Coordinator to oversee inbound and outbound logistics, schedule shipments, and coordinate with carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery. The role requires tracking orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipping documentation, and resolving transit issues promptly.

  • Manage shipment planning and carrier coordination
  • Track orders, reconcile inventory, and prepare export/import documentation
  • Investigate and resolve transit exceptions to meet delivery targets
  • Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
  • Qualifications: 1–3 years logistics/shipping experience, knowledge of import/export procedures, strong Excel skills, familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
