Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser to lead product planning, assortment, pricing, and supplier relationships to maximize sales and margins. This role combines strategic merchandising, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure strong in-store and online presentation.
- Key responsibilities: develop merchandising strategies, analyze sales and trend data, forecast demand, optimize inventory, negotiate supplier terms, and collaborate with buying, marketing, and operations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field; 5+ years of merchandising experience; advanced Excel and analytical skills; excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities; proven track record managing deadlines and cross-functional projects.
