Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan seeks a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to ensure smooth daily store operations, implement customer-acquisition initiatives, and oversee sales, orders, and payments. The role includes supervising and motivating staff, monitoring budgets and inventory, tracking business objectives, preparing revenue and expense reports, evaluating performance, coaching sales teams, and assisting with store closing procedures.
Requirements:
- Age 25–35
- Secondary diploma to bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum one year of retail experience preferred
- Reliable, customer-focused, and able to work full-time on-site
Compensation: from Rs45,00/month.
